Insect control must be practiced by all to keep from spreading-- careful planting & picking off insects always best, but be prepared to use safe pesticide removal products, your local garden shop can advise you. Insects and insect damage very easily spreads from one plot to the next. Gardeners who are deemed negligent in this area may forfeit their right to garden in subsequent years, and/or have their garden subject to plowing under during the season in extreme cases. It is everyone’s responsibility to be diligent against insects in general.
All gardeners are responsible for trimming the path that abuts their plot. Two rotary push mowers are available in the shed for this responsibility.
Remove trash in a timely fashion—biodegradable (plant material) may be disposed of in woods---non-biodegradable such as plastic, metal, etc. must be disposed of offsite.
Rocks must NEVER be placed in any paths or walkways. Either use them in your garden during the season or dispose of them in the wooded areas around the perimeter of the garden
